Every item is 3D printed and hand-finished to order in our Turin workshop and dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days) from your order.

All parcels are shipped with a tracked courier. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves our studio. We currently ship to Italy and all EU countries only; there are no customs duties within the EU.
Returns — 14-day right of withdrawal
You can return any non-personalised item within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Just contact us with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Once we receive the item, we refund you within 14 days using your original payment method.
Custom or personalised items made to your specifications cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging — we'll send a free replacement or a full refund.
