Production
Every item is 3D printed and hand-finished to order in our Turin workshop. Most orders are ready to ship in 1-2 business days; some items may take 2-4 business days.
Shipping
We ship from Italy to Italy and the European Union with a tracked courier. Estimated costs and delivery times are shown at checkout before payment. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Contact us from the Contact page with your order number and we will explain how to proceed. Items must be returned intact and in their original packaging.
Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and the packaging: we will find a solution right away.
